Humboldt Hip Hop Congress’ (H3C) mission is to spread awareness of, teach, celebrate, and activate Hip Hop culture in Humboldt County, and to connect our community with the resources of the greater hip hop community through the National Hip Hop Congress Organization, of which we are affiliated. In addition to keeping hip hop culture thriving, we aim to facilitate collaboration among business, educators, organizations, entrepreneurs, and artists to bring improvements and solutions to our communities

We use music, art and hip hop culture to bring a community of all ages and backgrounds together in positive and meaningful ways. This is done through the creation of youth programs, community outreach and service, artist development, cultural awareness and quality events.
